JOHN W. POWER, President & Senior Advisor:

Mr. Power has devoted his career to leading and advising companies throughout the Agri-Food Chain on a global basis.

He has worked with the agricultural biotechnology industry, the seed industry, the crop protection industry, the irrigation industry, the grain storage and handling industry, primary agricultural production and the food processing industry. He has managed both start-up business operations and large multinational business activities.

Mr. Power holds a B. Comm. and M. Econ. Sc. from University College Dublin and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is a professional member of the International Food and Agribusiness Management Association, the American Society of Agricultural Engineers and the American Seed Trade Association.

ROBERT PERRY BOSSHART, Senior Advisor

Dr. Bosshart has over 35 year of experience as an agronomist and soil scientist in production agriculture, research, water management and market development. He has implemented the latest technology to optimize agricultural production in California, U.S., Asia and Latin America.

He holds a B.S. from University of Illinois, a M.S. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State Univeristy and was awarded a Ph.D. in Agronomy from the same institution. He is a certified Crop Advisor and Agricultural Consultant and is a member of the American Society of Agronomy, Soil Science Society of America and the American Society of Horticultural Science.

As an Associate of LSC INTERNATIONAL INC Dr. Bosshart is focused on Field Crop production including annual and perennial, food and fiber, herbaceous and woody, rainfed and irrigated, temperate and tropical, fruit and nut, sugarcane, oil palm, cocao, rice, forages, hybrid poplar, maize and soybean.  In addition he serves the agrichemical, forest products, environmental remediation and biomass production for energy sectors.

CHARLES W. CRUM, Senior Advisor

Dr. Crum has over 35 years of experience as a plant breeder and research leader for major seed genetics companies on a worldwide basis with a focus on corn and sunflower. He has advised companies in North America and Europe and acted as an international seed arbitrator.

He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from West Virginia University and was awarded a Ph.D. in Genetics-Statistics by North Carolina State University. He is a member of the American Society of Agronomy (ASA), the European Agronomy Society (Europa) and the International Seed Federation (IFS).

As an Associate of LSC INTERNATIONAL  INC Dr. Crum has advised clients on research strategies, technology transfer, hybrid seed selection and the development of Bioenergy crops.

KAYE A. SIDDIQUI, Senior Advisor:

Mr. Siddiqui has over 25 years experience in developing and managing international markets for agricultural products. He has held senior level positions in the seed industry, the irrigation industry, the farm machinery industry and the agro industrial sector.

Mr. Siddiqui holds an MSM from Arthur. D. Little School of Management, an LLB from the Punjab University and a BSME from the Pakistan University of Engineering & Technology. He has also received advanced management training from the Wharton Business School and the Rice University. He is an Engineer Member of the American Society of Agricultural Engineers.

As an Associate of LSC INTERNATIONAL, Mr. Siddiqui has provided consulting services in market research, brand consolidation, strategic planning and general management for LSC clients.

VINCENT TURRIES, Senior Advisor

Mr. Turries has over 25 years of executive and managerial experience in the Crop Protection industry worldwide. His expertise includes general management of global and country level business units, global marketing, product management, strategic planning, merger integration and corporate divestments. He has lived and worked in Europe, US and Japan.

He holds a M.S. degree in Agronomy/Engineering from the Institut National Agronomique Paris-Grigon, a M.S. in plant physiology from Universite de Sciences et Techniques du Languedoc and a MBA from Institute Superieur des Affaires, Jouy-en-Josas. His languages include French, English and Japanese.

As a Associate of LSC INTERNATIONAL INC, Mr. Turries provides consulting and advisory services to the Agricultural input industry in areas of general management, marketing, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, business development and technology transfer.

JOHN W. WALSH, Senior Advisor

Dr. Walsh has over 28 years of experience in developing and leading agribusiness operations with a focus on the seed and seed treatment industries. He has extensive experience with strategic planning, operational management, capital planning, research management and technology transfer.

He holds a B.A. from Marist College, a M.A. from St. John's University and was awared a Ph.D. in Microbiology (Soil Science) by Utah State University. He is a member of the American Society of Agronomy, the Soil Science Society of America and the American Society of Microbiology.
